Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Outside Sales Insurance Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through face-to-face interactions, networking events, referrals, and community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is looking to build a rewarding career in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, door-to-door sales, networking, and referrals

  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to assess their insurance needs

  • Present and sell a variety of personal and commercial insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.)

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and carrier products

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience preferred, especially in insurance, financial services, or similar industries

  • Active Property & Casualty (and/or Life & Health) insurance license, or willingness to obtain

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

  • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and mobile tools

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
